13 Years

There's not a whole lot to say, except that being married to Heath Everett Taylor for 13 years is God's grace in my life. His pure, undeserved, generous GRACE! Not because of something I did, or some intrinsic worthiness that God sees in me. Heath is just a gift, given to me, by God, because He loves me!

It is truly a blessing to be married to someone who...(pardon me while I brag on him for just a moment - I don't do this very often)...

loves whole heartedly...serves above & beyond....does not easily tire... is long-suffering...a self-less lover...all-around AmAzInG dad...discerning...wise...leader...masculine...gifted teacher & discipler of our family...gracious...a lover of strangers...bold in his faith...resolved...generous...and funny! Sometimes it's 7th grade humor, but funny nonetheless!! ;)

And on top of all that he does dishes, irons (thank you Marine Corps!!!), changes diapers & serves me in countless ways.

I've heard 13 is a "lucky" number. I don't really believe in luck. But I do believe that this is going to be an incredible year as we follow the Lord together! One like we've never experienced before! I am looking ahead with joyful anticipation in my heart, excited to continue this journey together!
